WHICH CLASS SUITS ME BEST?
BEGINNER
You don’t have any or only little experience in Yoga or Forrest Yoga?
Attend a LEVEL 1 (L1) class and learn the basics of Yoga and Forrest Yoga. Previous knowledge as well as strength and flexibility are NO prerequisites.
ADVANCED
You have experience in Yoga or Forrest Yoga and are comfortable with Downward Facing Dogs, Cobras and other animals?
You can either come to a LEVEL 1 (L1) class to learn or refresh the basics of Yoga and Forrest Yoga or to a LEVEL 1-2 (L1-2) class to refine and improve your practice.
PRO
You brush your teeth in Warrior II and you love being upside down?
Attend a LEVEL 1-2 (L1-2) class. If you wanna put the pedal to the metal you should go for a LEVEL 2 (L2) class. Yeehaw!
PREGNANT
You are pregnant and don’t wanna miss the sweetness of your practice during this time?
Attend a Yoga Perinatal class and learn how to adapt single positions in order to support and protect yourself and your unborn child on the mat. After that you can come to any class that suits your level.
